Freeport
Freeport is a salt-crusted harbor town that answers to no crown.
Story
When Raptor City fell, not everyone stayed to fight. Some fled to the coast and built their own town on the ruin of an old fishing port — a place with no king, no law, and no questions asked. Sailors trade here for goods that never see a royal tax; the afflicted pirates that haunt the nearby waters were once Freeport men, twisted by a curse they carried back from the deep.
