Adventures of Raptor uses two currencies: the standard gold-based coins you loot and trade with across the realm, and Raptor Coins, the premium currency used for special items and perks. This page explains both, their values, and how to store them at the Bank NPC.
Standard Coins
Gold is the everyday currency, earned from loot, quests, and selling to NPCs. It comes in five denominations that stack and convert up the chain automatically:
| Coin | Value | Converts To |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Coin | 1 gold | — |
| Platinum Coin | 100 gold | 100 Gold Coins |
| Crystal Coin | 10,000 gold | 100 Platinum Coins |
| Gold Nugget | 1,000,000 gold | 100 Crystal Coins |
| Scarab Coin | 100,000,000 gold | 100 Gold Nuggets |
Each denomination converts up when you reach a full stack of 100 — 100 Gold Coins become 1 Platinum Coin, on up to the Scarab Coin at the top of the chain — keeping your inventory light even when you're carrying a fortune.
Raptor Coins
Raptor Coins are the premium currency of Adventures of Raptor. In keeping with the server's no pay-to-win philosophy, they are spent on convenience items, cosmetics, and perks — never on power that unbalances the game.
How to Earn Raptor Coins
Raptor Coins can be earned entirely in-game — you never have to spend real money to get them:
- Quest Master — completing daily and side quests rewards Raptor Coins directly.
- Divine Envoy quests — the Divine Envoy questline grants Raptor Coins alongside sacred decorations.
- Token Trader — trade in eligible items and tokens for Raptor Coins.
- Purchase (optional) — for players who wish to support the server, Raptor Coins can also be bought from the Raptor Coin Shop and delivered automatically to your account.
What Raptor Coins Are Used For
- Special and cosmetic items
- Outfit addons and vanity unlocks
- Convenience perks and account services
- Virtual Homes and other premium offerings
Coin Shop Packages
For players who choose to buy, the shop offers four packages — larger packages include bonus coins:
| Price | Base Coins | Bonus | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5 | 500 | — | 500 |
| $10 | 1,000 | 150 | 1,150 |
| $25 | 2,500 | 750 | 3,250 |
| $50 | 5,000 | 2,500 | 7,500 |
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Raptor Coins are virtual goods with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The Bank NPC
A Bank NPC can be found in the cities across the lands. Bankers keep both currencies safe — your gold and your Raptor Coins — so you don't have to carry them while adventuring.
