Overview

Every hero starts somewhere, and in the Realms of Raptor that somewhere is the tunnels beneath the Temple. In the war against the Seven Deadly Sins, the corruption drove packs of Minotaurs into the caverns below the sanctuary — brutish, horned warriors who bellow "Kaplar!" and swing for anything that moves. They are strong enough to teach a newcomer respect, but slow and simple enough that a careful fighter can learn the basics of combat, looting, and survival against them without much risk. For that reason the Temple minotaurs have become the realm's training ground. Fresh adventurers sharpen their skills, fill their first backpack with gold and gear, and gather minotaur leather for early quests before they ever set foot in the wider, deadlier world. Blessed by the Lady of Angel's nearby shrine, it is the safest place in the realm to fall — and to begin again.
