Helmut (who lets friends call him "Kohl") is a teacher of spells. He instructs Sorcerers in a range of early rune and instant spells, sold individually by name or browsed by level.

As a Sorcerer, say spell, browse by category or level, then say a spell name and yes to learn it (you must meet the level and have the gold). He only sells to Sorcerers.
